Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply to all Players who access or use the fk999 platform from that date. By completing the registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing a wager on fk999, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally.

If you accessed fk999 through a third-party link, promotional material, or affiliate referral, these Terms govern your relationship with fk999 regardless of the nature of the referral or any representations made by the referring party.

fk999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The fk999 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit funds, or place wagers. fk999 employs age verification procedures and will request official identification documents — including a National ID card, passport or birth certificate — where age cannot be confirmed from registration data alone.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. fk999 does not provide legal advice. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they are using the platform at their own discretion and that fk999 operates as an offshore gaming platform under an international licence.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an fk999 account or participate in any game or promotion:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, consultants or agents of fk999 or any Game Provider whose games appear on the platform.
• Immediate family members of the above.
• Players who have previously self-excluded from fk999 and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Players whose accounts have been previously permanently closed by fk999 for breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on fk999. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account on fk999, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. fk999 relies on this information to verify your identity, process payments and communicate important account notifications.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

fk999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with internationally recognised standards. Before processing any withdrawal, fk999 may request one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension. fk999 processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your fk999 account credentials. You must not share your password or one-time verification codes with any other person. fk999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify fk999 support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer and City Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at fk999's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your fk999 account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business hour during standard banking hours in Bangladesh (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST).

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your fk999 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by fk999 support.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be satisfied before Real Money Funds associated with that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing with a target turnaround of under 10 minutes.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All fk999 account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fk999 does not hold or process funds in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by fk999; however, payment processors may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside fk999's control.

5.5 Fraud Prevention

fk999 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems on all financial transactions. Deposits or withdrawal requests that trigger fraud alerts may be held for manual review. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, fk999 reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by fk999 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all fk999 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are clearly identified in the Player's account balance display.
• Real Money Funds are wagered and depleted before Bonus Funds in any gaming session.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• fk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim credited bonus funds if abuse or exploitation is detected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total wager volume a Player must achieve before bonus-associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100% unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register on fk999 and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the current promotions page. The welcome bonus is available once per new Player only. Making a deposit before claiming the welcome offer through the correct promotional channel may render the Player ineligible for that offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers and any associated Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, which is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the Player's account balance without notice.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on fk999 — including slots, live dealer games, instant games and lottery formats — are supplied by independent Game Providers whose software uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems. fk999 has no influence over individual game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the fk999 interface and the result recorded in the Game Provider's server logs, the Game Provider's server record will be treated as definitive.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on fk999 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi and other available markets — are governed by fk999's standard sports betting rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement period, or declared void by fk999 will be refunded to the Player's account as Real Money Funds. Specific settlement rules for each sport are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on fk999. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before any wager is confirmed. Maximum payout limits may also apply and will be displayed where relevant. fk999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any market or game for any Player at its sole discretion.

7.4 Palpable Errors

fk999 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a palpable error has occurred — including but not limited to odds displayed at a clearly incorrect value due to a technical fault, game round malfunctions, or system errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account. fk999 will not be liable for any losses attributed to a Player's decision to continue placing wagers after being notified of a known error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of a Player's account, the forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on fk999 or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an fk999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with games on fk999.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting and bonus abuse using multiple accounts or coordinated groups.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the fk999 platform software or infrastructure.
• Laundering money or using the fk999 platform for any other illegal financial activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fk999 platform — including but not limited to the fk999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fk999 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fk999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse engineering or creating derivative works from any fk999 content without prior written authorisation from fk999.

Game content — including game titles, artwork, soundtracks and mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of the Game Provider's intellectual property rights and may be subject to separate legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's gambling activity on the platform, including losses during any game malfunction for which a refund has been issued.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or events beyond fk999's reasonable control (including but not limited to network failures, acts of government, natural disasters and force majeure events).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access by a third party.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information obtained from third-party sources, including tipsters, betting analysis sites or social media channels.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind, even if fk999 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

fk999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of Real Money Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

Privacy & Data Protection

fk999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on fk999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fk999 uses personal data to administer your account, verify your identity, process transactions, deliver customer support, send promotional communications (where consent has been given) and comply with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

Responsible Gaming

fk999 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment for all Players. The platform enforces a minimum age of 21 years and provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Player's account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of your current session length and net gaming result.

Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request the closure of their fk999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 3 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited.

13.2 Closure by fk999

fk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed. Players will receive an email notification at least 30 days prior to closure.
• Where fk999 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the Player's own welfare.

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, fk999 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, cancel pending withdrawal requests and void any open bets or unsettled game rounds. Players who have been permanently excluded for misconduct may not re-register under a new identity; any such attempt constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

fk999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Players' rights in a significant way — fk999 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on their account or via a prominent in-platform notice.

Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every page of the fk999 platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fk999 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to Players under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

15.1 Complaints Procedure

If a Player has a complaint regarding any aspect of fk999's service, the first step is to contact the fk999 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. fk999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15.2 Escalation

If a Player is not satisfied with fk999's resolution of a complaint, the matter may be escalated in writing to the fk999 management team. fk999 will provide a final position on escalated complaints within 14 business days. fk999's decision on matters of game outcome, palpable error and bonus abuse determinations is final and binding.
